Last night's Board Meeting opened with Ms. McBride presenting Meridian's Math Pentathlon Team with the 37th Annual Mathematics Pentathlon Nation Team Champion Award. Dozens of students and their families graciously accepted the award on behalf of the 49 participants across Divisions I, II, and III who participated in the spring tournament.
While our students have been participating in the Math Pentathlon program since 2012, this was the first year Meridian qualified as a school team due to the program's requirements. Needless to say, we are extremely proud of our Math Pentathletes.
