Greetings! My name is Marny Lee and I'm every excited to be a Meridian Lion!

I've been teaching for around 10 years, mostly art but also yearbook, theater and even English! My family and I live in Round Rock, but I'm originally from Colorado and grew up in San Marcos. I have 2 children who are also Meridian Lions and a husband who is from South Korea. I'm a UT Austin grad, with a Master's in Learning and Technology.

My teaching philosophy centers around TAB (Teaching for Artistic Behavior): I believe the child is the artist, the classroom is their studio and we focus on what do artists do. You can read more about the Art Studio in this newsletter.
