What: Meridian's 7th Labor Day Classic Volleyball Tournament
When: Friday, September 1 (Girls Varsity only) & Saturday, September 2 (Girls Varsity, Boys Varsity, Girls JV & Girls MS)
Where: Round Rock Sports Center (2400 Chisholm Trail Rd, Round Rock, TX 78681)

Family and Fan Admissions (Students & Adults):
2-day pass = $18
1-day pass = $10
Children under 5 = Free
Cash, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa accepted at the door. (Amex not accepted.)
Participating teams, their coaches, and student managers are admitted for free with the Team Entry Fee.
Note to Meridian Volleyball families: The Meridian Family Volleyball Pass does not apply to tournaments.
Concessions:
Sold by Round Rock Sports Center.
No outside food or drink, except participating athletes should have a bottle of water.
Teams are welcome to set-up a tent outside on the grounds.

Approved Meridian spirit wear!
A few extras in the most popular sizes will be available for purchase at the tournament.
All 2023 Meridian competitive volleyball players will receive one free shirt in the size indicated on their registration form. Meridian volleyball players are encouraged to wait to order until after tryouts to see if they are already getting a shirt as a member of one of this season's competitive teams.
Shirts that were ordered by Meridian staff and families were delivered on campus on Thursday, August 31. Shirts ordered by non-Meridian families will be available for pick-up at the tournament.

Event Highlights:
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals (for all divisions reaching at least 8 teams)
- Hospitality room for referees and coaches
- Referees (R1 & R2) provided for Varsity (R1 only for sub varsity)
- Hosted at the premier Round Rock Sports Center
- All your teams in 1 facility (what a great opportunity to have a school presence!)
Divisions and Teams:
Girls Middle School (6th-8th grades) - 12 teams
Girls JV (9th-12th grades) - 12 teams
Girls Varsity (9th-12th grades) - 16 teams
Boys Varsity (8th-12th grades) - 8 teams
Format:
Pool Play & Bracket Play
Girls Varsity will play pool play on Friday and bracket play on Saturday.
Girls Middle School, Girls JV, and Boys Varsity will play pool play and bracket play on Saturday.
Minimum Game Guarantee:
Girls Middle School: 4 total (3 pool play and 1 in bracket play)
Girls JV: 4 total (3 pool play and 1 in bracket play)
Boys Varsity: 4 total (3 pool play and 1 in bracket play)
Girls Varsity: 5 total (3 pool play and 2 in bracket play)
Teams could earn advancement and more games.

Team Entry Fees:
Girls MS = $300
Girls JV = $300
Boys Varsity = $325
Girls Varsity = $350

Team registration is now closed.
Team Cancellation Policies:
No refunds after August 17, 2023.
Teams that cancel between August 1 and August 16 will receive partial (50% refund).
Teams that cancel before August 1 will receive a full refund.
