Kayla Flores

Kayla Flores joined Meridian in 2020; however, she has been a Meridian parent since 2017. She is a native Texan and got her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Texas State University. She is coming from Round Rock ISD where she taught 1st and 3rd grades. Kayla is IB and ESL certified in addition to her EC-6 certification. She believes that her role as a teacher is to build relationships and create a safe environment for her students to be able to grow and express themselves as international citizens.
