Due to the pandemic, FLIEC has decided to conduct all after-school Chinese language classes online. Here is the information you need to enroll your child:

WHEN:

Grade: K - 1st

Level: Beginner

Day: Monday & Thursday

Frequency: Two classes per week

Time: 4:00-4:30 pm

Dates: Spring, January 11, 2021 - May 14, 2021

Cost: Tuition for the Spring semester is $320. If you enroll after January 11th your tuition will be prorated.

Registration Dates: Any time - based on availability

Grade: 1st - 2nd

Level: Intermediate

Day: Monday & Thursday

Frequency: Two classes per week

Time: 4:40-5:10 pm

Dates: Spring, January 11, 2021 - May 14, 2021

Cost: Tuition for the Spring semester is $320. If you enroll after January 11th your tuition will be prorated.

Classes will not be held on the following dates due to student holidays:

January 18, February 15, March 15-March 18, April 5

PLATFORM:

Classes are taught via Zoom. The students will need access to a computer, laptop, or tablet to access the Zoom room for virtual classes. Access to headphones will be desirable in order for the student to better concentrate on the class. Teachers will also use Quizlets to assign homework and/or fun review exercises for students. Quizlet free of charge and accessible via a link the teacher will send.

How to Register:

STEP 1: Download and complete the FLIEC Language Enrollment Form.

STEP 2: Email the completed Enrollment Form to languages.fliec@gmail.com.

STEP 3: Submit payment to secure spot.*

*FLIEC offers a tuition waiver to students that qualify for free/reduced meals. In order to apply for the tuition waiver, please email a copy of the official note verifying qualification from the school to languages.fliec@gmail.com.

How to Withdraw (or Program Change):

To withdraw, please complete the Triple A Withdrawal Form.
To change from one activity to another, please first withdraw from the activity your student is leaving. Then notify the Triple A Registrar at triplea@mwschool.org of the new activity you wish to enroll. There is no need to complete another registration form.
