Leslie is a native Texan that worked in the restaurant business for a handful of years before attending Culinary School at San Jacinto College in Houston,Texas. She then moved to Colorado Springs after landing a position with a prestigious Five Star and Five Diamond Hotel and Resort: The Broadmoor. After getting married and starting a family, Leslie moved on to becoming a private chef and caterer. She eventually moved back to Texas, settling in Round Rock, and focused on her family and volunteer work. Leslie joined Meridian World School in April of 2016 to develop an in house Food Program that would feature made from scratch meals. She currently serves as the Chef and Food Services Director.
