Our 2023-2024 Permissions/Agreements Questionnaire is available to complete in Skyward. Simply log into your Skyward account and click on the Permissions/Agreements Questionnaire tile in your student’s profile.
Please complete one for each student by Friday, August 18.
Our annual Permissions/Agreements Questionnaire includes:- Updated Parent Handbook Acknowledgement
- Public sharing of student information/photos
- Language and Heritage survey
Student Photos: We love sharing photos of our students in action, as well as their work and achievements! Each year, all students are automatically opted in for Meridian School to share their likeness (name, photo, work). If you prefer not to have your student’s likeness shared, you may opt out in the Permissions/Agreements Questionnaire.
Please note: by not giving Meridian permission to share your student’s likeness, we will not be able to share anything about them in the newsletters, social media, website, or grade level communications.
Student/Guardian Handbook: As part of our Permissions/Agreement Questionnaire we ask that you read over the changes in our Student/Parent Handbook and acknowledge that you’ve read them. Read on for access to the Handbook and a list of the updates and where to find them.
