IF YOUR CHILD IS SELECTED IN THE 2017-2018 LOTTERY, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON THE STEPS TO COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS.
In order to serve each child well from the first day, there is much information that must be collected for each family and child. We assure you that this information is held in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared. Should you choose at a later date not to enter Meridian School, we will destroy the information. Otherwise, we will maintain records in accordance with the TEA regulations and Texas Statutes.
Items that will need to be submitted are listed below.
- Online Registration Form 2017-2018
- 2017-2018 Agreements and Commitments
- Registration Checklist 2017-2018 items (requires additional documentation, i.e., student’s birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency, and additional signature forms)
You must complete one REGISTRATION PACKAGE per child. All registration materials must be returned to Meridian School (2555 N. IH 35| Round Rock, Texas 78664). Packages MUST be complete. If any of the information is not received, your student’s enrollment will be considered incomplete and families with students on the wait list will be contacted.
The first round of families will have until (date TBA) to submit completed packages. Wait-listed families will be contacted after this time. We understand that wait-listed families are anxious and will want to know where their student stands. Please be patient and understand that it is also in our best interest to contact you as soon as a position is known to be available.
