Anonymous Safety and Tips Tool

If this is an emergency, call 911 right away. If you or a friend are having a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

What is this tool for?

You can use this Anonymous Reporting Tool to tell us about things you see or hear that worry you. This tool lets you:
  • Report a problem quickly.

  • Talk to school leaders without sharing your name.

  • Help keep our school safe.

How to make a report

When you send a tip, please try to include:

  1. The grade level of the people involved.

  2. First and last names (if you know them).

  3. As many details as you can.

What can you report?

We want everyone to feel safe and respected at Meridian School. Use this tool to report things like:

  • Bullying or mean behavior.

  • Worries about yourself or a friend.

  • Threats to the school.

  • Vandalism or breaking school property.

How it works

Your report goes straight to school leaders. If you choose to stay anonymous, we won't see your name, but we can still message you through the system to ask questions.

Important: If you turn off "two-way messaging" and don't leave your name, we won't be able to talk to you or follow up on your report.
