Monique Dacheff
Monique Dacheff joined Meridian in 2023 as a Secondary Music Teacher. Monique has a Bachelor’s degree with a major in professional music and minor in music therapy from Boston’s Berklee College of Music, followed with a Master’s degree in education with a concentration in music education from Chaminade University of Honolulu in Oahu, Hawaii, and completed her postdoctoral studies in K to 12 educational leadership, all but dissertation, from Walden University. She has taught music for 17 years. Monique has completed IB training for both primary and middle years, including category 1 MYP Arts training.
Monique has experience directing middle school strings orchestra, rock band, and concert band, as well as vocal jazz choir, contemporary choir ensemble, and music theater productions.
When she is not teaching, she spends her time working on various music studio recording projects, songwriting, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and son. Go Lions!
