Melissa Saipetch

Melissa Saipetch joined Meridian in August 2023 as a high school inclusion special education teacher specializing in mathematics. With over a decade of experience in education, Melissa brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for empowering students of all backgrounds.

 

Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology, which has provided her with a deep understanding of the diverse needs of her students. Additionally, she is certified in math for grades 4-12, special education for grades K-12 and ESL, allowing her to address the unique challenges and strengths of each individual learner.

 

As a passionate and dynamic teacher, Melissa is driven by her commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. She firmly believes that with the right tools and encouragement, every student has the potential to excel in mathematics. 

 

Her teaching approach revolves around creating an inclusive environment where each student’s unique learning style is accommodated. By tailoring her instruction to meet individual needs, she empowers her students to embrace challenges and achieve academic success. Throughout her career, Melissa has demonstrated an impressive track record of success, consistently boosting her students’ test scores and instilling confidence in their abilities. Her dedication to her student’s academic and personal growth has earned her the admiration of both parents and colleagues. 

 

Outside of her teaching role, Melissa cherishes spending quality time with her family. She is an advocate for lifelong learning and enjoys exploring new areas of knowledge. She leads an active lifestyle, engaging in various physical activities to stay energized and balanced.
