Reduced Participation Fees
Families who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch can receive up to 50% off their extracurricular activity's participation fees. To see if your family qualifies for Free or Reduced Lunch, please complete this form and submit it to [email protected]. Please email [email protected] and note that you have applied for Free and Reduced Lunch. This will help us monitor your request along with your participation fee deadlines.
 
Financial assistance does not apply to other fees, including but not limited to: Registration/Processing Fees, Late Fees, Late Pick-Up Fees, Uniform Replacement Fees, spirit wear, sports photos, or game admissions.
 
 
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for participation fees for extracurricular activities spanning two or more months. All families are eligible for payment plans for extracurricular activity participation fees. Standard payment plans are established for each activity when registration opens.
 
Payment plans for extracurricular activity participation fees can be requested on the extracurricular activity's registration form. To request a payment plan, or a modified payment plan, after submitting your extracurricular activity's registration form, please email [email protected].
 
Families who need a customized payment plan, or a payment plan for an extracurricular activity spanning less than 2 months, can request the customized payment plan by emailing [email protected]. If possible, please request the customized payment plan before your invoice has been issued.
