Have a couple hours to spare? Sarah Whitley is looking for help distributing school supplies this week. From Sarah:
We need help counting, sorting and distributing school supplies on July 17th and 18th 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (two shifts). Possibly Thursday if we don't get done...I would love to have a "standby list" for Thursday. We will have 10K pounds of supplies delivered on Monday the 16th so this is a big task! We need volunteers with good counting skills and the ability to handle lifting boxes. Some of the boxes are heavy so we don't want anyone to overdo themselves...if you can not lift heavy boxes please let us know in advance so we can partner you with someone who can.I will be on campus 8:00 am - 3:30 pm M-W to coordinate the effort so please feel free to email me any questions/concerns.
