Preventing Summer Slide

Looking for activities and resources for students of all ages during the summer? Below are in-coming math preparation lessons, arts and crafts activities, movement activities, at home experiments, video activities, and summer enrichment programs to prevent the summer slide.

Preparing for next year's math

As an IB world school, Meridian's math track is intentionally accelerated. This will ensure that the majority of our students will complete algebra 2 by the end of sophomore year and be on track to pursue the IB diploma.
We highly recommend students spend time improving their prerequisite skills during the summer before the beginning of the school year.
