Meridian, Southwestern University, and Delegates Beyond Borders LLC would like to invite all interested to join us for SICMUN 2020 (Students International Conference of Model United Nations) on Saturday, February 1.  Almost 200 students from Meridian middle school and high school, as well as students from Central and Southeast Texas and several schools from Mexico, will be participating in a simulation of the United Nations debating real world issues.

This year, we are participating in a global challenge presented to all MUN organizers from UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) by debating certain topics related to the world refugee problem to raise awareness. We will donate a percentage of the SICMUN registration to two different organizations, Girl Forward and the Multicultural Refugee Coalition.
Please note that this is a professional event - business attire is appreciated.

All are welcome to come by at any point during the day.
