Action Required: Photo/Media Release and Consent Forms

Photo Release form Skyward TileMeridian World School may share student work, photos, names, and awards/special news throughout the year in school media and in the building. 

 

By default, all students will be opted in, allowing the sharing of their photos, work, names, etc. 

 

Please take the following actions: 

  • Log into Skyward, and click on the Photo Release and Consent Form tile.
  • If interested in learning more, review the details on what may be shared and when.
  • Click on “submit form” to record that you have reviewed the information. 

 

Then, if you would like to opt your student out of one or more categories, please visit your campus office to complete a photo release and consent opt-out form in person.
