High School Schedule Pick Up - now scheduled for Tuesday, August 7
Due to a delay in the finalization of student schedules, High School Schedule Pickup at Meridian School will not take place on Friday, August 3. High School Schedule Pickup has been rescheduled to Tuesday, August 7.
Enter via the High School Lobby.
4:00-5:00pm 11th & 12th grade
5:00-6:00pm 10th grade
6:00-7:00pm 9th grade
The times above are suggested, in order to avoid overwhelming the schedule pickup lines. However, if you are unavailable during your grade's assigned time, you can come during one of the other time slots.
Please bring the two boxes of facial tissue and two reams of copy/printer paper listed on the High School Supply List.
At schedule pickup you will receive your course schedule, family cartags, receive locker agreements, and a variety of other information, and will have an opportunity to walk the building and find your classrooms. (Note: Schedules will not be released to students who owe money for obligations that are due from last year such as library fines, lost books, lunch fees, etc. Please bring cash or check to take care of these fees so you can get your schedule.)
Middle School Schedule Pickup (7th & 8th) and 6th Grade Orientation are still scheduled for Monday, August 6th

4:30-6:00pm 7th & 8th grade schedule pickup
If you can come between 4:30 and 5:30 (before 6th grade orientation), this would be best. If not, come before 6:00pm.
5:30-7:00 6th grade orientation
In contrast with MS & HS schedule pickup, 6th grade orientation is not a come and go event. This event has presentations on what you need to know about 6th grade at Meridian, so it is important to arrive at 5:30. You will enter through the middle school lobby, and then report directly to the gym for the presentation.
For both events (7th/8th Grade Schedule Pickup & 6th Grade Orientation), please bring the two boxes of facial tissue and two reams of copy/printer paper listed on the Middle School Supply List. Disregard this request if the supplies were already brought during 6th grade Lion’s Camp on July 30th.

Orientation for 7th-12th Grade Parents and Students NEW to Meridian School
Monday, Aug 6th
The evening of August 6th, from 6:30-8:00, we will have an orientation presentation for students and parents who are NEW to Meridian School in 7th-12th grades. Unlike the New Applicant information sessions held in February and July, this orientation presentation contains more specific information related to starting school at Meridian and will start promptly at 6:30pm. NEW 7th and 8th graders are invited to come early to get their schedules, cartags, etc. from 6:00-6:30pm because there will not be time for this after the orientation presentation.
