Friends of Meridian: A Community of Engaged Supporters of Meridian World School

Friends of Meridian is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit that supports Meridian World School's sustainability efforts. 
 
The organization is an ongoing sponsor of Meridian's Chicken Coop. Past projects the organization has financially supported include playground erosion control, adding recycling and compost bins, and maintaining the native butterfly habitat and the rain garden.
 
 
Friends of Meridian makes these projects possible through its annual International Celebration of Flavors: Sips, Samples & Silent Auction.

Friends of Meridian's special eventJoin Friends of Meridian for the 5th Annual International Celebration of Flavors: Sips, Samples & Silent Auction—an evening of global bites, drinks, and community fun! This will be an adults-only kick-off for International Week hosted by the Friends of Meridian!
 
This year, Friends of Meridian is taking your taste buds on a trip around the world with food and drinks representing six regions: Thailand, Portugal, Mexico, Italy, Ethiopia, and Canada. Enjoy a hand-picked selection of wines curated by a former sommelier (and Meridian 2nd grade parent!) along with a variety of non-alcoholic options. Enjoy dishes and challenges from local restaurants, local chefs, and the event chef!
