Founders Day Celebration kicks off Homecoming week
Saturday, September 20
Founders Day celebrates our school roots and our staff and families that make our community what it is. We will have hands-on activities, music, food, and games.
Want to participate in Founders Day? If you have an organization or business that would like to participate in the festival please contact Lynda Chapel as soon as possible to let us know how you would like to participate.
Secondary clubs and groups: be part of the fun! Sign up to host a booth or activity by Friday, September 12.
Meridian Homecoming Parade
Thursday, September 25 6:30 p.m.
All K-12 students and families are invited to our 2nd annual Homecoming Parade. The parade will include Secondary student clubs, groups, and Athletics. Bring your own chairs, snacks and school spirit and join us in the fun.
Volunteers in Partnership will have pom poms for sale.
6:00 p.m. - Parking lot closed to cars and spectators may begin setting up.
6:30 p.m. - Parade begins
Noon-10 p.m. Homecoming Spirit Night at Shake Shack
Attention: Secondary clubs and groups we can’t make this happen without you. Sign up to participate in the parade by Friday, September 12.
Secondary (6-12) Homecoming Fun
Mum and Garter Social (9-12)
Wednesday, September 17
High School students (9-12) bring your mum or garter kit and make them with friends. More information about mum and garter sales will be coming soon.
Secondary Spirit Week (6-12) Dress Days
September 23-27
Each year our Student Council selects special themed dress days for homecoming to generate spirit and fun.
Homecoming Friday
Friday, September 27
Secondary students wear your Mums or Garters and attend the Pep Rally to generate school spirit before the homecoming volleyball games. When you're done, bring some of that school spirit to the volleyball games that night.
