Ryann Nolan
Ryann Nolan joined Meridian in 2025. She graduated from the University of North Texas in the fall of 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. During her time at UNT, where she completed the Teach North Texas program (UTeach Replicate) to build skill as a master of content and utilize the inquiry-based strategies necessary to further student education. While at UNT, she also was a member of the PHAGES (short for Phage Hunters Advancing Genomics and Evolutionary Science) program, where she was given the opportunity to participate in scientific research. This helped to guide her love of science and discovery as she gained the skills to be an outstanding educator.
Mrs. Nolan grew up in the Central Texas area and found her first job in teaching as a biology teacher, following after with IPC (integrated physics and chemistry), middle school science, as well as middle school mathematics. She’s enjoyed getting back into the area in which she grew up, allowing her to be close to her family. She and her husband, Caleb, are both natives to Central Texas and plan to raise their family here in the Round Rock area.
Mrs. Nolan has a deep love for animals and is a proud cat mom to her four kitties: Leroy, Terry, Stanley, and Greggy. She also enjoys plants, boasting a collection of nearly 30 with more sure to come! In her spare time, you can find her spending time with family, baking up new recipes, browsing a local antique store, or enjoying her plants and animals at home.
