Trisha Beckham
Trisha Beckham joined Meridian in 2025. She was raised as a classical violinist and expanded her musical knowledge in improvisation and commercial music while attending Texas A&M University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design/Horticulture, another passion of hers. She began teaching in 2014 as an orchestra and choir director after spending many years performing in the Austin Music Scene and various community orchestras.
Ms. Beckham has specialized training in various areas of music education, including the Suzuki Method and Kodály approach. She has also completed additional formal training to support diverse learners, particularly those who receive services for Dyslexia or Gifted and Talented.
In her free time, Ms. Beckham enjoys precious moments with her two children and pursues a variety of artistic hobbies, including landscape design, violin repair and restoration, and fiddling.
