Dion Reyes

Dion Reyes joined Meridian in 2025 with a passion for empowering educators, building strong systems, and leading through innovation. Mr. Reyes holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of Cincinnati and a Superintendent Licensure from Miami University of Ohio.
 
Mr. Reyes brings a wealth of experience in education and operations, having served as an assistant principal at multiple campuses in Ohio and Texas, including Stony Point High School—an International Baccalaureate World School. At Stony Point, he led student and staff mentorship efforts, pioneered data-driven academic improvements, and facilitated campus-wide professional development and safety initiatives. While at Mason City Schools, his leadership contributed to a National Blue Ribbon recognition and multiple district-wide innovations in personalized learning and technology integration.
 
Before joining Meridian, Mr. Reyes worked with engage2learn, first as a certified eGrowe Coach and eventually as the Director of People Operations. In this role, he collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement strategic people systems, drive performance development, and lead HR and IT operations—all while coaching educators and executives nationwide to accelerate student-centered learning.
 
His leadership style centers on service, collaboration, and growth. Outside work, Dion enjoys spending time with family, exploring new technology, and cheering on his favorite teams.
