James Cook

James Cook is originally from New Jersey and has lived in Texas since 2020. He is a retired Army veteran of 22 years. He has been married to his amazing wife, Keina, for 26 years. They have three amazing children. He has been an educator for 11 years and has the honor of being named the Region XII 2022 Elementary Teacher of the Year. He believes the classroom should foster investigation and inclusion. 

He has a degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University, and a Master's degree in Education from Louisiana College. He believes learning is a lifelong endeavor that fosters innovation through discovery.
