Gift Wrapping Basics - Ms. Ramirez
Using wrapping paper, tape and other things to wrap, students will learn gift wrapping techniques that are simple. They will learn to wrap different shapes of gift boxes and also make a gift tag.

Pop-Up Holiday Cards - Ms. Fitzgerald
Students will make a beautiful, handmade keepsake holiday card that unfolds like a miniature surprise. They will learn easy step by step instructions on how to make their own pop-up cards .

Holiday Crafts - Ms. Perry
Students will love making crafts and celebrating the season with festive activities and fun-to-create holiday projects.

Kalimba - Ms. Daugherty
Students will use their hands and wooden dowels for tapping patterns to learn form, tempo and rhythmic patterns to an African song, ”Kalimba”.

My Flags My Country - Mr.Benton
Students will discuss the history and meaning behind the design of the American flag and other country flags. Then, they will create their own flag for a fictional place or country explaining what it symbolizes for them. They will get to name their flag, design it, and decorate it.

Jingle Bell Rock - Mr. Howell
Students will read the lyrics of “Jingle Bell Rock”, a popular winter holiday song, first released by Bobby Helms in 1957. They will sing along to music, clapping to the beat, counting and learning time signature.

Holiday Scented Ornaments - Ms. Russell
Students will make and sculpt scented dough and then use it to create holiday ornaments.
