We’re ironing out the final wrinkles as we transition from Ascender to Skyward. Yesterday two emails were sent to families. One was from [email protected] requesting Parents/Guardians to create a new password. The second was from [email protected] detailing the important action items that each family needs to complete.


If you didn’t not receive these emails please email [email protected]. The following are the important items that need to be completed.


Important: Action items

The following items need to be done for this school year:


  • Create a new password for Skyward: Didn’t get the email? Please email [email protected] and let us know that you do not have access and include your child's name.


  • Register your students in Skyward: You must complete the Returning Student Registration for each student (even if you already completed this in Ascender; the information included in this series of questions did not transfer over). 


  • Verify and update contact information in Skyward: Click on “student profile” and look at “your family information.” There is a small “edit” link where you can update information if needed (see image). If you have multiple contacts for the same parent/guardian, are missing a student, or have incorrect information that you cannot edit, please contact [email protected].


  • Download the Skyward app


  • Fill out CatapultConnect google form: If you have a landline as your primary contact you will not receive Catapult messages. You may change this in Skyward or fill out the google form to indicate the cell phone number you wish to receive messages on.
If you are currently getting CatapultConnect emergency/urgent notifications and would also like to receive general event/reminder notifications, please fill out the google form. We plan to send out 1-3 messages a week on upcoming events, etc.
