Christopher Grant (Mr. Chris) is excited to share with his students the knowledge he's gained over the years on how to become healthy and maintain their health for the rest of their lives.
Growing up in Georgia and South Carolina, Mr. Chris joined the US Navy in 2000 as a Hospital Corpsman. It was there he became a lover of fitness. From 2000-2008, Mr. Chris served as a medic and combat medic. As a combat medic, he traveled from Chicago to Al Asad, Iraq.
In August 2017, Mr. Chris began his journey in Health and Physical Education at Auburn University. In 2020, he transferred to Montana State University-Northern, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education.
Mr. Chris and his wife, MSGT Ronica Grant, have two children, Kristina and Christopher II.
