Walter begins his second year at Meridian School teaching tenth grade MYP World History, and Year 1 of the Diploma Programme History of the Americas Course. Walter comes to Meridian all the way from Hawaii where he taught high school Social Studies for 11 years on the Island of Oahu. While earning his BA from Hawaii Pacific University, Miske was a captain and Shortstop for the Sea Warrior baseball program. He went on to earn his masters degree from the University of Hawaii in Education. This will be the first year all three of Walter's daughters will attend Meridian in the Primary School. Walter and his wife of 17 years love to spend time traveling, and are eager to continue their new journey here in Texas. "The real meaning of Aloha in Hawaiian is that of Love, Peace, and Compassion.
