Ivan Florez

Ivan Florez joined Meridian in 2021 as an Instructional Assistant and later as the Spanish teacher for 7th and 8th grade. He was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia and graduated from El Bosque University with a degree in Music, and emphasis in Music Arrangement. Mr. Florez enjoys Meridian's multicultural mindset and appreciates the world for all of its differences. When not teaching, Mr. Florez is learning new things, playing and listening to live music, spending time with family outdoors, and riding his bike.
