Secondary clubs & student groups yearbook picture day
Secondary clubs and student groups yearbook picture day is Thursday, January 22 during school! There are no make-ups available, and students who miss Club Picture Day will be noted in the yearbook as “not pictured” if they are on their club’s official roster.
Speech and Debate Club
Congratulations to the high school Speech and Debate Club, which competed well and was successful at the McNeil Tournament on Friday, January 16 and Saturday, January 17! Notable accomplishments include:
- Anish S. and Aarin S. - 1 win Varsity Public Forum format!
- Austin R. and Connor S. - 1 win Varsity Public Forum format!
- Jaiden J. - 1 win Varsity Lincoln Douglas format!
- Rithika S. - 5 wins and finished in first place in Novice Lincoln Douglas format!
- Neeti P. and Ella S. - 3 wins and advanced to the semifinals in Novice Public Forum format!
- Nirav T. and John M. - 1 win in Novice Public Forum format!
2026-2027 After School Music - We are in the process of planning our extracurricular After School Music programs for the 2026-2027 school year. Details will be available after Spring Break.

This form is for student volunteers (grades 6-12) only. Please log any hours that you have volunteered this school year with Meridian on this form. This includes CAS hours or otherwise. Please submit the form once for each session of volunteering.

No Pass No Play/Academic Eligibility
Under state law, students must be academically eligible to compete and perform with their extracurricular activity. This applies to all extracurricular activities with competitions and performances such as Theatre, Band, Orchestra, Model UN, DECA, Robotics Club, etc.
