Fees - Fall 2025

Fees

Each sports experience has two fees:

  1. Registration Fee 
  2. Participation Fee

 

The fees for 2025 Volleyball are as follows:

 

  1. $52.30 Registration Fee ($50 registration + 4.6% MySchoolBucks user fee) IF registering by 9 p.m. on May 8. If registering during the Late Registration window, the registration fee will be $104.60 ($100 late registration + 4.6% MySchoolBucks user fee). The registration fee is a processing fee and is only refundable if the minimum number of students do not register and this sports offering is canceled or if the student tries out and is not offered a spot on any team. If the student changes their mind, does not want to participate on the team they are offered, does not establish or maintain eligibility (including due to injury), or leaves Meridian, the registration fee remains non-refundable and non-transferrable. 
  • Please note that Registration fees cannot be paid by check and must be paid via MySchoolBucks.
  1.  + Participation Fee:
  • Participation fees are set by team level, which reflects the sports experience including the amount of practice time offered.
    • Girls Middle School teams (3 hours practice weekly) = $325*
    • Girls JV (4.5 hours practice weekly) = $375*
    • Varsity = $425*
    • Participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The entire participation fee is due in full even if a student becomes injured or ill, leaves or is removed from the team, or withdraws from the school.
  • *Add 4.6% MySchoolBucks user fee if paying participation fees via MySchoolBucks. Or participation fees can be paid by check. (The registration fee cannot be paid by check.) Instructions for paying by check will be provided in the Welcome email that is sent out shortly after teams are formed.
  • Financial assistance is available to those who need it. Please see Financial Assistance.
    • August 11 - 1st payment of 50% due by noon
    • October 1 = 2nd payment of 50% due
    • A payment plan is available to anyone who needs it. If you would like a payment plan, please request it on your registration form.

 

Fees include practice time and a loaned Volleyball jersey. Additionally, students will receive a long sleeved Meridian Volleyball spirit wear shirt to keep. This shirt can be worn to school on Fridays and as a warm-up for games.

 

Students will need to provide their own black volleyball or athletic shorts, volleyball or athletic shoes, and kneepads.
