STEAM Club (K-5)

Snapology
Snapology offers a great opportunity for students to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math through engaging, hands-on projects using LEGO® bricks and other materials. During each STEAM Club session your child will participate in activities & challenges that will focus on the skills of STEAM. Development of crucial soft skills like critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, communication, collaboration, and more will be fostered. Students will work with peers to create a variety of structures, robots, machines, and more during class! Then they will put their learning to the test through in-class challenges and an end-of semester STEAM Showcase in early December. All students are encouraged to participate in the STEAM Showcase. During the semester's STEAM Showcase students will also be able to form a team of 3-4 with their STEAM Club classmates to participate in a robotics competition. They will put their learning from the semester to the test as they compete with other teams in the area.
 
There is no additional charge for the STEAM Showcase. STEAM Showcase participants MUST be Snapology STEAM Club or Robot Challenge students, no exceptions.

2025-2026 School Year Registration

Jr STEAM

Grades: K-2 

When: Tuesdays from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Frequency: One class per week

Fall Semester Dates: September 2, 2025 – December 4, 2025 (No class on 10/7 and 11/25)

Spring Semester Dates: February 3, 2026 – April 30, 2026 (No class 3/17)

Cost: $325 per semester 

 

STEAM

Grades: 3-5

When: Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

Frequency: One class per week

Fall Semester Dates: September 4, 2025 – December 4, 2025 

 

 

Spring Semester Dates: February 5, 2026 – April 30, 2026 

 

Cost: $475 for the semester

Late Pick up Fees

  • Late pick-up from Arts/À la carte/After school programs will result in additional fees to accrue at the rate of $5 per 5 minutes starting with the first minute.

  • Students who participate in Arts/À la carte activities will be charged $5 per 5 minutes with a 5 minute grace period from the activity's dismissal time to allow for transition from the classroom.

  • For full-time after school students end-of-day, "late" begins at 6:01 p.m.

1 – 5 minutes = $5

6 – 10 minutes = $10

11 – 15 minutes = $15

16 – 20 minutes = $20...
