Monday - Friday: Dismissal - 6:00 pm

Registration/Processing Fees (paid via MySchoolBucks):

$60 for each student

Quarter Participation Fees (paid via MySchoolBucks):

$655.72 for the 1st student

$590.15 for each sibling

OR

2 installments of $327.86 for the 1st student

$295.08 for each sibling

 
Discounts available for families who qualify for free/reduced lunch on the basis of income. 
 

**Late fees are assigned 5 days after the due date**

Meridian Employees:

Pay the registration/processing fee per student to hold the spot

THEN

$200 for the year due by the first day of the nine-week quarter

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
  • Invoices for Full-time/Extended Day are uploaded into your MySchoolBucks account for each quarter with the option to pay the sum in full or in two installments.
  • You may choose to have automatic payments drafted out of the debit/credit card or checking account of your choice on each installment due date. You are responsible for setting up all automatic payments through MySchoolBucks prior to the FIRST payment due date of the quarter.
  • You may also choose to manually go into your MySchoolBucks account before each due date and pay the installment amount due. If more than one contributor will be paying for the participation fees, please choose to manually pay each installment rather than automatic payments.
  • Late payment fees of $25 per invoice are automatically assigned 5 days after the payment due date, regardless of the payment option you choose.
  • You will be automatically invoiced for each quarter unless the Triple A Withdrawal Form is submitted according to the Triple A Terms for Participation.
  • If your start date falls within a quarter, the first invoice will be prorated to reflect the specific start date.
  • The full-time/extended day program starts at school dismissal and ends at 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
  • Students enrolled in the full-time/extended day program receive quiet/homework time, outdoor/indoor movement activity time, an enrichment activity on Wednesdays, and snack time.

HOW TO REGISTER:
Email triplea@mwschool.org to be added to the waiting list for Triple A care. 

 

 

TRIPLE A WITHDRAWAL PROCESS:
  • To withdraw, please complete the Triple A Withdrawal Form.
  • To change from one activity to another, please first withdraw from the activity your student is leaving. Then notify the Triple A Registrar at triplea@mwschool.org of the new activity you wish to enroll. There is no need to complete another registration form.
 
 
 
LATE PICK-UP FEES:
  • Late pick-up from Arts/Á la carte/After school programs will result in additional fees to accrue at the rate of $5.00/5 minutes starting with the first minute.
  • Students who participate in arts/Á la carte activities will be charged $5.00/5 minutes with a 5 minute grace period from the activity's dismissal time to allow for transition from the classroom.
  • For students who participate in the Early Release Wednesday program, "late" begins at 4:01.
  • For student who participate in Full-Time/Extended Day program, "late" begins at 6:01.
