August 10, 2021 - May 26, 2022

Days and Times:

Wednesdays from dismissal until 4:00 pm

Late pick up begins at 4:01 pm

Registration/Processing Fees (paid via MySchoolBucks):

$60 for each student


**Non-refundable**

Monthly Participation Fees (paid via MySchoolBucks):

$65 per month per student

 

Discounts available for families who qualify for free/reduced lunch on the basis of income. 

 

**Late fees are assigned on the 6th of each month**

Meridian Employees:

Pay the registration/processing fee per student to hold the spot

$200 for the year due by September 1, 2021

 **The Full-time/Extended day program includes the Early Release Wednesday program**

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • Invoices for Full-time/Extended Day and Early Release Wednesday are uploaded into your MySchoolBucks account for the entire semester upon registration (5 months).
  • Families are automatically billed for the second semester unless a Triple A Withdrawal Form is completed.
  • You have the option of paying the entire year in advance or setting up automatic payments to draft the monthly participation fee out of your account on either the 1st or 3rd of each month.
  • The Early Release Wednesday program begins at dismissal and ends at 4:00 pm on Wednesdays only.
  • Any care on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday is not included in the Early Release Wednesday program.
  • Students enrolled in the Early Release Wednesday program receive quiet/homework time, outdoor/indoor movement activity time, and snack time.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR:

TRIPLE A WITHDRAWAL PROCESS:
  • To withdraw, please complete the Triple A Withdrawal Form.
  • To change from one activity to another, please first withdraw from the activity your student is leaving. Then notify the Triple A Registrar at triplea@mwschool.org of the new activity you wish to enroll. There is no need to complete another registration form.
 
LATE PICK-UP FEES:
  • Late pick-up from Arts/Á la carte/After school programs will result in additional fees to accrue at the rate of $5.00/5 minutes starting with the first minute.
  • Students who participate in arts/Á la carte activities will be charged $5.00/5 minutes with a 5 minute grace period from the activity's dismissal time to allow for transition from the classroom.
  • For students who participate in the Early Release Wednesday program, "late" begins at 4:01.
  • For student who participate in Full-Time/Extended Day program, "late" begins at 6:01.
