Important Dates

Triple A Early Release Wednesday starts August 12, 2026 and ends May 19, 2027

Wednesday dismissal is until 4 p.m. Late pick up begins at 4:01 p.m.

Registration ends on July 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

There's no Early Release Wednesday on Dec. 16 or May 26.
Registration, Monthly Participation, and Late Fees

Registration/Processing Fees: $65 for each student **Non-refundable**

Monthly Participation Fees:

$82 per student

Meridian Employees:
-
Pay the $65 registration/processing fee per student to hold their spot

$200 per student is due for the year September 1, 2026

All Triple A Fees are paid via MySchoolBucks

Discounts available for families who qualify for free/reduced lunch on the basis of income.

Late fees are assigned on the 6th of each month
Important Reminders:

Invoices for Full-time/Extended Day and Early Release Wednesday are uploaded into your MySchoolBucks account for the entire school year upon registration (10 months).

You have the option of setting up automatic payments to be drafted out of the debit/credit card or checking account of your choice on the 1st of each month or manually logging into your MySchoolBucks account each month and paying the monthly amount due.

Late payment fees of $25 per invoice are automatically assigned 5 days after the payment due date.

The Early Release Wednesday program begins at dismissal and ends at 4 p.m. on Wednesdays only.

Any care on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday is not included in the Early Release Wednesday program.

Students enrolled in the Early Release Wednesday program receive quiet time, outdoor/indoor movement activity time, enrichment time, and snack time.

Step 1. Thoroughly review the information on this webpage and the Triple A Terms for Participation
Step 2. Pay the $65 Triple A registration/processing fee PER STUDENT- Register Here!
Step 3. All steps must be complete in order to save your student's spot
Save your order confirmation code as it is proof of Triple A enrollment for your student. You will receive a "Welcome Email" in July once your student's participation fee is assigned for the 2026-2027 school year.
Triple A Withdrawal Process

To withdraw, please complete the Triple A Withdrawal Form

To change from one activity to another, please first withdraw from the activity your student is leaving. Then notify the Triple A Manager of the new activity you wish to enroll in. There is no need to complete another registration form.
