2023-24 End of Season Feedback Survey

The Meridian Athletics End of Season Feedback survey is for student athletes and parents/guardians to complete AFTER their sports experience has concluded.

We appreciate the experience and feedback of both student athletes and parents/guardians. Please complete a separate form with your own feedback (one form from the parent/guardian and a separate form from the student athlete).

Please complete this feedback form based on your experiences in your sport's season. Please complete one form per sport in which you participated. (If your sports experience has not yet ended, please wait to complete the survey until it does.) All feedback provided after the sports experience concluded will be reviewed and will help the Athletics Department in its preparation for planning for the next year's athletics. Although all responses will be read, the Athletics Department will be unable to respond to all comments.

Please note that several responses are received for each sport. The suggestions and feedback are weighed collectively. Your feedback might not be consistent with the majority. Although you have a greater opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions at Meridian than you would in a large -ISD, our resources are much more limited, and our culture and mission vary from large schools. Ultimately, the Athletics Department makes decisions that align with the majority feedback, our resources, and the school's culture and mission. Meridian is a school of choice, and participation in Meridian Athletics is optional. We aim to provide as much information as possible so families can make the decisions that are right for them before committing to a sports experience.
